A while ago, a bunch of us from Axioo Bali got invited to try the newly opened Holy Crab restaurant in Peti Tenget. It's a Louisiana inspired seafood restaurant offering local and premium imported seafood with a few selections of their trademark sauces made from a combination of ground spices such as cayenne pepper, paprika, lemon and garlic with varying degree of hotness so whatever is your tolerance level you can have it to suit your taste!
We put on our bibs and put away our table manners and eat straight from the table with the tools provided. We pretty much had a seafood galore with crawfish, king crab legs, mud crab, shrimps and clams served on our table. You name the crustacean, we probably had gulped it down our throat happily! I think it was the most beautiful mess we saw on the table with our satisfied tummies.
