Weddings happens once in the life of a marrying couple, so it's understandable that both parties will plan every part of the whole day into perfection. In order to make your wedding day spectacular, you’ll need to make a few important decisions along the way. Among the biggest choices you’ll have to make is to the right wedding venue. With so many things to keep track of, checking a big ticket item off your list like finding a venue can seem like it would be easy. Unfortunately there are a lot of important things to consider before choosing your wedding venue.
|"...wedding venue is more than just a place where you host a wedding"|
For me, as a photographer, I think that wedding venue is more than just a place where you host a wedding. The venue will be the central part of creating the atmosphere at your wedding. You would not believe the impact a venue has on the quality of your photos. All wedding venue definitely has its pros and cons. As a photographer, we like scouting or searching the location before hand, as well as learning about the perfect views. I find it really helpful to know where we're going, have an idea of a few positions for shots and to know how the light might come into play. We're lucky if the place is a popular one and we have captured more that one wedding in that place because twe usually know where we must go and what we must do to get the winning shots - like for example, to go behind the big iconic flower pots just before the fireworks go off or up on the roof during the holy matrimony. It's our job to do that.
However, talking about the venues for the bride and groom is a consideration to be made on an entirely different level because your wedding venue is a place more notable than simply a place where you "host your party" but actually a place where you are making history. That place will forever be the place where the new chapter of your life begin. That's historical. So choose wisely!
