Bohemian Rhapsody
"Boho Chic is all about layers."

I could not imagine of better place to channel your inner Boho-chic style other than Bali. The golden sandy beaches, the beaming sun, the velvet green rice paddies, oh the summer time! Describe any other style that matches all these locale other than vintage and ethnic-inspired accessories, natural-looking hair and bronze makeup.

Say yes to lace, crochet and other embellishments. These are staples of Boho Chic. Beads, fringe, and embroidery are also hugely popular. Experiment with fun patterns. Think comfort. A key ingredient in Boho Chic style is comfort — you’ll see a lot of soft, loose-fitting, flowy clothes, often worn in layers.

Know that accessorizing is a must. Boho Chic is all about layers, and accessories are an important part of this. And this is my favorite part; floral headbands and other types of head pieces that are popular include braided headbands and chain tiaras. Can i say that three times? Tiaras, tiaras, tiaras. I just had to.

Moving on, this is one touch that will surely make an eccentric impact; Wear vintage-style sunglasses. Big sunglasses in varying shapes are key elements of Boho Chic. Round glasses and aviators are quite popular, but anything big and vintage-looking will do — choose what looks best on your face!

And props, oh props. Ethnic rugs and fabric is key. Bright yellow, tangerine, tosca or teal peacock chairs will cast their spell. Old cars or vans with details like jars and vases of succulents, ivy leaves, glass bulbs, dreamcatchers, oh i can go on and on forever.

Yes, it is okay to put those beautiful big gowns in their display and have fun in more lucent yet radiant style every once in a while. Afterall, prewedding photosession is all about embracing the experience so why not make it unique, refreshing and unusual.

Love,

Dae.
